Yep, I am pregnant. Again. Already. Pete and I are thrilled, yet shocked for a few reasons. I am due in February and the babies will be about 18 months apart. I have had morning sickness for a week and have my fingers crossed that a repeat of the last pregnancy won't occur! (hospitalised morning sickness for months and months, pre-natal depression, severe fluid retention... and then there was the birth - 30 hours, no drugs) I have had some acupuncture and that has helped the morning sickness already. Anyone else got any other miracle remedies? Advice on babies this close in age? Which is the best double pram? Wow. How exciting and scary!
congratulations dana :)

What great news! Congratulations! And on pram advice (from my girlfriend who had twins) don't get the side-by-side ones, as you'll find that you won't be able to get through a lot of doors and aisles.

Hey there! Congratulations!!!
My girls are almost 18 months apart in age. I suppose it's hard work but hey, isn't having more than one kid hard work anyway regardless of the age difference?
In regards to prams, i had a side by side for the first 6 months but found that Mia didn't want to be in it as much and yes, it was difficult to get it through doorways in in shops with narrow aisles etc. I then changed to a 3 wheeler with a buggy board on the back (Mia was 2 yrs 3 months by this stage). We have a umbrella stroller for her if we all go out.
Maybe try a secondhand sidebyside for a while. I really wanted a Phil and Ted's but they are SOOOOO expensive.
I hope this pregnancy is morning sickness and stress free for you!
Enjoy it.

OH MY GOD!!! Congratulations! My eyes nearly popped out of my head. I hope there's no repeat performance of your last experience and that things go swimmingly. My sister-in-law also told me last night she's pregnant with her third, currently having a 2 & 3 year old, so she could give you much advice. Congratulations again to you both. Sweet.

ohh noice one! Advice? ahhmmmm where does one start? I have a jogger that I screwed the baby seat thing on the front, the toddler seat for Lola (although her & Sadie are 3yrs apart) as she is such a slow walker and it drives me nuts. Lola moved into a big single bed about 3mth before Sadie came along - I was not doing two cots, but I guess Mahlie may be a little too little for that??
OH god I dont know. Youll work it out!

Congratulations! Awesome news!! My girls are about 2.5 years apart so probably can't offer much advice that would be helpful. But wishing you a healthy pregnancy and hopefully it will be easier and more manageable this time around.
